Membership Form:
All couples are required to complete an easy-access online membership registration form in order to purchase tickets. Information collected is for internal purposes only and is strictly confidential. Bellacos R US Inc. does not sell, trade, or distribute our internal database. If you do not have an active membership in effect upon event arrival, you will be required to complete a membership at the door. A ticket to an event is not membership.

NO GUEST MAY ENTER A BELLACOS R US WITHOUT AN ACTIVE REGISTERED MEMBERSHIP.

Names:
All persons seeking membership must be properly identified in the membership application which is not available to the entire membership.


Regardless of who paid for the membership, no person may remove the partner/spouse from the created profile and paid membership. If either of the party are no longer together, you can't swap a new member to replace your old partner. The old membership is null and void and a new membership must be purchased.

Photos:
-For profile pic uploads, a picture of the couple - or a pic of the female - must be used as the primary screen name photo. 
-If discretion is needed, please upload your face pic to the PassKey section of the account. PassKey pics are only available to people you give permission to view.
Bellacos R US any account that shows a profile pic registration of a male-only.
- FOR MEMBERSHIP; you must be 21-years or older. There are no exceptions.  
- Photos must be taken within the last 2 years.

Please be advised that Bellacos R US is not a sex club, strip club, or nudist organization.  We are a private membership-based club specializing in event management and common gatherings of our specific lifestyle.  If you are accepted, you will be notified at the email address you enter below. Membership is not a right. Bellacos R US reserves the right to choose its members and to discontinue members at any time and at its discretion.

•             to engage in spamming, “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes”, advertisement of illegal or controlled products or services, or other advertising or marketing activities that violate these Terms of Service, any applicable laws, regulations or generally-accepted advertising industry guidelines, including to other Users whether on or off our host platform in connection with your screen name;

•             in a manner that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if emailed to Users who have requested not to be contacted about other services, products or commercial interests.

•             in a manner that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person’s explicit written consent;

•             in a manner that is libelous or defamatory, or in a way that is otherwise threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, malicious or harmful to any person or entity, or invasive of another’s privacy;

•             in a manner that is harmful to minors in any way;

•             in a manner that is hateful or discriminatory based on race, color, sex, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or age, violates any anti-discrimation laws of the state in which you operate, or is otherwise objectionable, as reasonably determined by BellacosRUS.com;

•             in a manner that invokes, or utilizes any code to disrupt, diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of BellacosRUS.com;

•             in a manner that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

•             to use any manual or automated means, including agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access or manage any user’s account or to monitor or copy BellacosRUS.com or the content contained therein;

•             in a manner that employs misleading email or IP addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through BellacosRUS.com or to Users;         

•             Additionally, you agree not to:         

•             “Stalk” or otherwise harass anyone;

•             Post any Content containing child pornography to any site. 

• BellacosRUS.com absolutely does not tolerate this and will report any suspected instances of child pornography (anyone under age 18), including reporting any Site Data, to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children;

•             Post any Content that BellacosRUS.com determines depicts or contains rape, extreme violence, murder, bestiality, incest, or other similar content;

•             Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from BellacosRUS.com

•             Post irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on BellacosRUS.com infrastructure.
